Consecutive action for usage decision

Hello

I am looking for consecutive actions to configure on the usage decision in S/4HANA Cloud Public.

Is there a way to add consecutive actions like sending a notification or printing a document after the UD?

There is an existing MANUAL consecutive action, what is the purpose of it?

Hi @floble,

There is no standard Follow-up action for creating notification or printing document. But there is a possibility to define custom Follow-Up Action.

1) In the customization configuration, Follow the path to define follow-up action ''Compliance, Trade, and Quality > Quality Management > Quality Improvement > Quality Management of Nonconformities > Define Follow-up actions for Task.

2) Implement the BAdI FOA_EXECUTION_FOR_TASK for the execution of a follow-up action using Fiori app 'Custom Logic' and implement BAdI FOA_BACKWARD_COMPLIANCE to enable the use of follow-up actions executed by an implementation of BAdI FOA_EXECUTION_FOR_TASK.

3) Assign the Follow up action to the usage decision code in the following customization path 'Compliance, Trade, and Quality > Quality Management > Quality Inspection > Quality Inspection General > Edit Selected Sets for Usage Decision > Assign the Follow-up action against the respective Selected set-Code Group - Code'.
