Dear All,

When i am logging into client system of SAP Business One, i am getting the error as mentioned below

"Connection to the database is lost;contact your system administrator(ODBC-1102) [Message 131-183]"

In the server machine, i am able to login , but in all the client machine i am getting this error.orInternal error(-1102).

I have tried all possible options :

  • Switch off the firewall in the server and client
  • Switch off antivirus in both server and client
  • Network connection is there between server and client

I don't know what to do more!

I will appreciate any help !

Thanks

Dear Fahad,

logon to server from client computer from run, like "\\server" it will take credentials you have to logon it from Administrative credentials, after giving the credentials on client give the server IP instead of server name.

I hope this will help you.

Hi,

Thank you for your response. My issue is resolved now.

I used this:

1) Sap Service Manager ->  License Manager -> Settings -> Configure Security -> Logged in to System landscape director (by entering B1 site user password).

2) Previously, I had configured server with its name but I remove it and configured it with the IP address of server.

3) And then after refreshing, it showed all the DBs in companies section.

4) After this, SAP started working on all clients machines too.
