I have gone through SAP b1 mobile administration/user guide and configured the SAP B1 mobile settings.
I am getting "Connection Failed" error in android mobile and "SSL Certificate" error in iPhone (iOS 9.3.1). Self Signed Certificate is installed in both mobile devices. Self Signed Certificate is created using Tools > Certificate Tool in Integration Framework page. I have installed the self signed certificate as mentioned in step 5 in note 2019725.
The SAP Notes Which I have referred for configuration is below
1. 2019275 (SSL Configuration)
2. 1602674 (Mobile Connectivity Troubleshoot)
The Steps which I have followed the SAP B1 mobile configuration is below
1. Enable B1i License, Mobile User for users and entered device id using SAP B1 Client
2. In the Integration Framework > B1iServer > SLD > SBODemoIN, Changed the B1i user password and verified the settings.
3. Clicked Test Connection and got successful message.
4. Firewall and Antivirus is disabled completely
5. Both mobile, B1 server all in same internal network.
6. Scenario Sap.B1mobile is activated and steps 119 of 119 is active.
7. Verified the configuration using Tools > Troubleshooting SAP B1 Mobile Android and SAP B1 Mobile iOS. Everything shows green tick icon.
8. Able to access the page https://server:8443 in mobile without any issues.
SAP B1 System Configuration Details
1. SAP B1 PL10
2. MS-SQL 2014
3. Android Mobile App Version 1.2.3
4. iOS Mobile App Version 1.11.6
Both Software is running in same machine.
I am not sure, what steps I have missed. Please help
Dear Suresh,
Do you create SSL with the help of SAP Note 2019275 (SSL Configuration)?? Check Mobile ID on SAP user. Event Sender. JCO Path in B1iadmin is not present.
use IP address where server name is located in B1iadmin settings. If you use Static IP, also check connection with 3G or 4G.
Hope for the best

Yes. It works. Instead of Certification Tool, I have created SSL certificate manually using keytool and deployed the same. The difference I found is, in the certification tool, the "Common Name" is not deployed in the certificate and in manually created the certificate, the CN is deployed correctly and it works.
Thank you very much for your time and help.
