Dear Customer,

We have checked further, and this case has been created for the SD0 system, which is on S/4HANA 1809. In that release, there is no confirmation (negative or positive) possible as per standard when using flexible workflow.

If you check here, you will see this is available to configure from S/4HANA 1909 release level:
