I would like to know if there is a way to configure a specific component in SAP S/4HANA BOM (Bill of Materials) to be used exclusively in only one header material.

Could you provide detailed steps and settings required to achieve this?

Hi,

As per my knowledge it's not available in standard, but you can try by managing authorization group for components in material master, so only authorize person can add component in BOM, before execute tcode CS15 where to use list.
