Configuration of the output control

Hello,

we would like to create the delivery bills for some customers not as PDF but as XmL file, in order to send this file by e-mail as an advice to the customer.

How and where can I configure the output control accordingly?

As Gerard mentioned, please take a reference to the following KBA:

Generally we cannot directly send the email output to customer with XML file inside, but have to retrieve XML file from PDF firstly then send to customer.

It's not maintained / configured within output control but within output of every print queue.
