Configuration of DMS and Linking it to BTP Content Repository

How do we configure new Storage Category and link it to the BTP DMS Repository as we are not able to add new entries in "Maintain Storage Category" configuration Node  ?

The Guide in the note 3011960 - Connecting External CMIS repository to SAP S/4 Cloud systems outline how to setup the BTP Content Repository .

When saving the Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0597 , The new Storage Category is created automatically 

In the Configuration activity ‘Maintain Storage Categories’, you have the option to Active the newly created Customer Managed External Repository. The Configuration activity 'Maintain Storage Categories' was previously named ‘Attachment Services- Storage Repository Activation’.
