Configuration of Dates tab in the Delivery header

Dears,
Can you advise on how to configure Dates tab in the Delivery header? Example on the screenshot below (found on the web), in my system the table is empty and Insert Row button inactive.

I've already noticed a few threads where such a question has been asked, but without a specific answer, only one was close: "You need to configure events in the IMG and assign them to the delivery type" but... where exactly in the IMG?
