A pricing schema is mandatory if you want to create a PO, it is your roadmap to calculate your net price based on the sequence of the conditions and requirements implemented in the schema. Otherwise you can set the tax at the top and the gross price at the bottom.

You can maintain some pricing condition in the conditions tab in PO if you have marked such as manual in the pricing procedure.

If you want to achieve scales, like if you bu 100 you pay 50 euro/pc, if you buy 500 you pay 45 euro/pc if you buy 1000 you pay 40 euro/pc, then you create the info record for vendor material and implement scales.

Hi,

Conditions can flow from purchase info record,or entered manually in conditions TAB in PO but for that too conditions type has to be maintained in pricing procedure.

Hi swapna.t ,

It can be possibel in inforecords using scales in descending order.

You have to choose scales on value based or quantity based depending on the requirement .

please try it it will resolve ur problem.

Dear Swapna,

You may utilize info record by maintaining the scale

Transaction ME11:

Fill in the

Vendor

Material

Purchasing Org

Plant

Click the condition button and highlight the condition type that

you want to maintain scale.

Now, press scale(F2) button and maintain accordingly.

When you create the PO, the price should adopt from the inforecord then.

Best Regards,
