Condition workflow by Gross Price - Order and contract

We need to have the Gross price condition for Workflow Orders and Contracts, we saw that by standart there is no such condition, we recently noticed that the WF is being raised to the levels with the net value of the order and not the gross value , so when including VAT that has tax withholding/deduction it ends up falling into the lower approval level.

Dear customer, 

Gross value is not available as a precondition in the standard product.
You can add custom conditions to the workflows as explained in KBA 2767845 - How to define new Procurement  Pre-conditions in Manage Workflow Apps - SAP S/4 HANA 1909 on, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud.
