Condition type EK02 In pricing procedure

I'm having a problem with theis condition type as follows:

Create sales order

Add material A to line item

Pricing procedure kicks in

EK02 shows fixed value 7700 EUR

Delete material A from line item

Add material B to line item

Pricing procedure kicks in

EK02 shows fixed value 7700 EUR

I'm not sure where this value is coming from at this point. Can anyone point in the right direction?

Thanks, Mark

Hi mark

EK02:

If you use this condition type, the result of unit costing is simply a statistical value which you can compare with the price.

It has the condition category Q ( costing )

Now when you go to VOV8 , in the condition type field you can see the option EK02. because this condition type when used will be flowing to the controlling .That is the reason we assign EK02 to our sales doc type

Check in V/06 and select EK02 and go to its condition type details and check the calculation type field wheather it is in fixed value or not

Hello, we had the same problem and it has been resolved. The source is Standard Price in the material master data. Please check the Standard price field values under Account1 tab in MM02.

In your pricing procedure, look for the condition type EK02.

In standard SAP, condition EK02 is determined in pricing determination because this condition is mandatory. Hence you are able to see this amounts in your sales order.

The costs are transferred from the cost component view 'Cost of goods sold' into the condition type.

The following link would give more information as to how cost of goods sold are calculated

the cost of the material comes from the material master

vprs is the condition type. And the item category in that cost element if you mention calculate cost system will calculate cost.other wise it will not calculate cost

Please reward with points if the answers suits ur query

Hello,

the VPRS is not relevant in the question.

EK01 and EK02 are not the cost from the material master data.

Hello,

The condition EK01/EK01 is populated automatically when

the cost estimate is saved on the sales order, with the cost resulting from the cost estimate.
