Condition type 0101: No update type for outgoing payment

Hi All

we are getting an error for our new employee while saving transaction FTR_CREATE as Condition type 0101: No update type for outgoing payment.

Note: Other employees are able to post without any error and also condition types are configured for outgoing payment also

We are trying to post for condition type 101 what should we define in the outgoing payment column
