Condition status fail in VA03 transaction for an sales order.

Hi Experts,

I have an urgent issue that has to be resolved, could you help me out in solving this. The ZR08 price value is not updated for one sales order and the order status was inactive. I want to know what might cause this issue. (Attached screenshot is from VA03)

It is impossible to tell only from this screenshot what could be the root cause.

Considering that this is an issue described as urgent - request the assistance of a qualified SD consultant who has access to your system or at least an experienced SD key user. Ask them to preform at least some basic troubleshooting on their side and provide you the results of their troubleshooting.

You have added so many useless tags that have absolutely nothing to do with the problem and you did not think of adding SD (Sales and Distribution)?
