Condition not considered (Requirement 0000055 not fulfilled) getting this error for non-valuated

Getting the above error for non-valuated material in sale order for other material it is working fine, can anyone help me out

Typically, this condittion is used for items, which are set to free-of-charge for the customer by the item category. Condition 55 is checking a parameter in the item category. 

Do you use a different item category in this case compared to the material case, where it is working fine?

Have a look at the Pricing Requirement 55 (may be with help of a Developer) and also review the Pricing setting for the Item Category of the Item for which you are seeing this message.
