Hello Experts,

User when entering spares at component tab getting this text page

But when i tried entering through my login i see below,

I expect user should see my view, i tried checking several options but no luck, can anybody suggest action to be taken.

Hi Ripel,

Please check below setting for user.

Select check box Graphical PC Editor. This may resolve the issue.

Guys,

When going to change editor & ticking to Graphical editor, i am getting below error.

Error occurred while reading object property

Message No. SOFFICEINTEGRATION205

For now i have taken SU53 screenshot, please let me know if you have any more ideas to overcome this.

Hi

Could you please check transaction I18N.

expand I18N customizing tab and double click on " MS word as Editor".

2) Can you please confirm if this behavior persist even you login with both user ID's from your own computer/laptop?

3) Also check SAP Note 1452849 - MS Word in SAPscript: Use of MS Word 2010.

HI Ripel,

1) Please click on " GO to" menu. click on " Change editor" and check.

2) Login with use account and go to long text editor and after that chec SU53 if user has necessary authorization
