Hi,
I have also faced this problem when I upgraded my SAP B1 Version to 9.1 PL 06.
The things I did to solve this issue are as below:
1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2. Find 'hosts' file
3. Edit the 'hosts' file : add a row in the end of the file
[Server IP Address]<space>[ServerName]
hope this will solve your issue like it solves mine
