In transaction OKKP, the commitment management indicator must be
active for the given controlling area in the current fiscal year.
The accounting objects must be active for commitments:
- Work orders: The commitment management indicator must be set
in transaction KOT2 for the given order type.
- Cost centers: In transaction KS02, in register "Control", the
commitment update indicator must NOT be set.
- Projects: see note 47992
In transaction CUNI, the unit of measurements used at item level
must be set to value based commitment.
