Collective processing of PR's generated by MRP in S4 Hana Public Cloud

Hello,

I'm trying to find the best solution for processing purchasing requisitions that were generated by MRP run. I'm working on S4 Hana Public Cloud 2402.

So, let's say MRP run was executed and this is the Stock/requirement list:

On 02/04/2024 there is a shortage of 2,401 KG, but the date of first PR is on 12/04/2024. I'm aware I can change the delivery dates in Monitor Material Coverage, but what if I have similar situation for multiple materials with multiple purchase requisition proposals? This would mean that production planner would have to do change dates on every requisition one by one which is a lot of manual work.

In the app Process Purchase Requisitions (v2) only date which is available is Delivery date:

This means that purchasing department cannot see exact Availability date (Date required for production) and they can only trust that planner has edited the dates accordingly. 

My general question is - what is the best way to collectively process purchase requisitions generated by MRP?Besides Process Purchase requisitions (V2) there is no other app that offers collective processing (conversion to PO's).

This whole process means that users have to use two apps simultaneously (monitor material coverage + process purchase requisitions).

Dear @matejb,

you could perform mass changes to purchase requisitions with the app 'Mass Changes to Purchase Requisitions'.

In regards to the conversion from PR to PO -  'Process Purchase Requisitions - V2' would be the app to be used.
