COGI error in PP Module

Hi friends,

At my client site one of the end user has cancelled the production order confirmation ( t code co13) <b>which was settled in september 2006.</b>

This confirmation was wrongly cancelled in month of Feb 2007 .At this time

the september month period was already closed .<b>After period closing production

order was cancelled.</b>

Now in tcode COGI for the above mentioned order line items are appearing with

movement type 102 ( for GR ) and 262 ( for GI ).No physical movement of materials

happened.

Now i want to remove these errors from COGI.

Kindly help to solve this problem.Urgent......

Since the period 2006 period was closed, no inventory transaction posted to SAP - just delete the line in COGI.

You can "re-confirm" the order but delete any material rather than let them try to post movements againg.

Need your help.. what T-Code can be used to run material list had cleared from MF47/COGI by range of date

I have faced similar problem recently.

You have to post these goods movements manually using MB1A/MB1C to restore the stocks.

Afterwards delete the errors from COGI.

Then you can confirm the same order again or create a new one.
