Hi,

Is there a report in S4/HANA Cloud solution that shows MD04 collectively? Specially, I'm looking for a report of exception messages for all Purchase Requisitions.

How are you? Regarding exceptions for Purchasing Requisitions, have you checked the functionality of "Situation Handling". You can have more information of this in Scope Item/Scenario J44 (Materials Requirements Planning)?

For Activating the Situation Handling for MRP, you need to enter the App "Manage Situation Types" (F2947) and then work with the Situation Template "SAP_PP_MRP_MATERIAL_EXCEPTION" (MRP Material Exceptions).

Thanks for your response.

Is there any way to add "Rescheduling" Exception for Purchase orders to the scope of "Situation Handling". It seems that only "Cancel Process" and "Excess Stock" Material Situation Types are available.

Hello myekehkar.

It is only possible to create new "Situation Types" from a "Situation Template". If none of the "Situation Templates" brings the condition you want, it is not possible to create a "Situation Type", in this case.
