CoE #RFL01 : occasionnaly generate billing doc in XML / issue in process / note 2678898

Dear All,

We wish we could send pdf, but also xml billing documents for a specific customer in a specific company code in Belgium (very few billing documents should concerned).

For the moment this does not need to be manages automatically.

Following note 2678898 (https://me.sap.com/notes/0002678898) that looks very simple, I meet different issues…

Could you help ?

I went to app. Manage Billing Documents

Selected a documents whose output item is “In Preparation”

Clicked on Edit

Clicked on Output details below...

But there, I cannot find the Print Queue described in the note, that is : “#&&DOWNLOAD FOR…”

Should I create a new Print Queue like this in app. “Maintain Print Queues”?

Should I also select a standard FORM down here ? or should we create a new Form template / Master and how... (and then configure sscui “Define Rules for Determination of Master Form template : 101184” / “Assign Form Template : 102313”) ? Or can we keep here the specific YY1 FORM that we designed (for pdf) and the system is able to produce the xml ?

In previous sceenshot, if relevant, I guess I would have to select Format XMLDATA, as I cannot find “#&&DOWNLOAD FOR…”

Ultimately, note 2678898 says that it does not work for Duplicates output items. But we wish we can send xml and pdf... Considering a billing document whose output item is already "Completed" (so not "In Preparation") in the DEFAUT queue (pdf). How can I get a second output in xml, if I cannot Duplicate the first one and modify it ?

In fact the queue #&&DOWNLOAD_FORM_DATA_XML&&# is noot available in the match code, but if you complete it and save, then you can download an xml document.
