#CoE#MKI How to check the planned cost of work package in list format

Dear community,

We are using Customer Projects in S/4HANA Cloud.

Our project manager enter planned cost in the work package of the customer project.

Under the percentage of completion method, revenue is recognized by progress against planned cost. So, it is important that planned cost are maintained timely.

However It takes a lot of time to open each customer project and check the planned cost.

Is there a way to see the planned costs of a work package in list format?

We searched for apps and APIs, but couldn't find them. It is very useful to have it.

Could you give me some advice?

There are many pre-delivered apps and queries that can be used in project plan/actual reporting. Have you considered the Projects Plan/Actual app?

Thanks for the advice.

Yes, there are many apps and I am trying.

Projects Plan/Actual App provides the financial plan data, but does not seem to output the planned cost of the work package.

"Engagement Project Work Analysis Query" is also a query that analyzes "Work" and does not output the planned cost of the work package.

Is there an app that provides the planned cost, shown in the screenshot?

Hi Yoshikazu,

Besides pre-delivered reporting apps you can also consider the Engagement Project Forecast Query. This query has planned costs and the work-package. You can use the "query browser" app to consume the pre-delivered query or build your own report.

Sorry for the late reply due to the holidays in Tokyo 2020.
I checked the Engagement Project Forecast Query. This is a great query, I can see the planned cost. I should have looked for standard queries more carefully....
