When generating sales outbound delivery orders, in the initial interface, the delivery quantity is synchronized with the picking quantity and can be saved normally. However, the picking quantity synchronized before the VL02N shipment was posted and entered into the order for modification became zero.

Hello.

The custom code implemented for synchronization might have conditions that are not properly handling the scenario when the delivery is being edited post-picking or shipment posting. Review the logic, especially any parts that react to status changes or updates made during outbound delivery processing. You are fully responsible for the customizing and developing you make on your system.  If the issue persists or requires deep technical intervention, please raise a support ticket with SAP.
