When exporting the Account Balance report, the account code and description are not split into separate columns, and the exported values are stored as text instead of numbers. The same issue needs to be fixed for all other reports. For example, when we in the Application Display G/L Account Balance, the export template of the account code is export out together with the descriptions, for example; 1123010000 - Down Payment.... We want to make it to be showed in the excel in two columns, could this be possible in the standard Cloud environment? 1123010000  Down Payment...

Hi,

Please use ' "Split Cells with Multiple Values" Feature

1. Navigate to your desired report (e.g., Display G/L Account Balance)
2. Instead of using standard "Export" button, select "Export As..." option 
3. In the export dialog, check the option "Split cells with multiple values" 
4. This will separate combined columns (ID + description) into individual Excel columns
5. Apply this setting for currency amounts to split currency symbols from values ,
