Hello,
I tried to ticked the option in General Settings to enable Widgets. The error told me I needed integration services installed. I have then installed B1 Integration Component. That now allows me to tick the box to enaalbe widgets.
But every time I log into SAP i get the error "Integration Services authentication failed"
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Naomi
Hi Naomi,
Just uninstall B1if and install again, Mark one point when installing fresh i.e SQL server give entire path < Servername>/ <Instancename>
e.g Srujal\SQLEXPESS
I am happy to see 8.8.2 dashboard working fine.
Thanks,
Srujal Patel

Hey Naomi,
I actually made a video that walks you through installing the B1if and getting the SAP dashboard widgets up and running. I discuss all of the issues mentioned in this thread and hopefully it is just what you need.

Hi John,
Thanks for providing this Video Link. With this i could get through with the login issue of Microsoft services.
Unfortunately, when i try to connect to dashboard in B1 8.82 PL6 it throws me an error for :
SAP B1iP detected an error
500- Internal Server error
Internal reason
Did not supply an appropriate user - ID Integer (param-6)
...
Can you guide me on this.
Regards
Sonil

1. B1i user password must be the same.
2. Also Test the connection of the B1DI settings.

Finally, if you are using SQL Server Express, and you did not set it up via the SAP Supplied document for setting us SQL Server Express, you will have to add the instance of the database (ie <servername>/SQLEXPRESS)

Symptom The trusted connection method is used in SAP Business One when connecting to the MS SQL server according SAP note 677884. During the Business One start up the following error happens: “SAP Business One Integration Service authentication failed. Log off from the application; then log on and try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.” The authentication monitor in B1if (Monitoring -> Authent. Monitor -> press the Authentication info button for sap.Xcelsius scenario package) contains the following error message: “Unknown DB error happened” Cause Due to this complex configuration the dashboard authorization requires trusted SQL connection method for the customer DB SDL’s entry.
