Cockpit SAP 7

Dear all, 

As you know, the e-invoice system is implemented in Romania. The company where I'm working has also implemented the Cockpit transaction in SAP, for suplliers , customer end S-fapt. We would like to download the pdf and the XML files created from the eDocument Cockpit app( after the transmission in SPV ) - for a specific period (say the last week)  in order to save them locally. Is this possible/forseen?

How we can save export multiple pdf ( but the E-factura invoice ) and the saving should be done individually, with name and invoice number ? it is not normal to enter each individual invoice( supllier sau customer ) and save it manually... or to the customers after it is sent and authorized by the ANAF , to be automatically downloaded in a signed pdf and xml folder

in the pictures above, it can be seen that the customer's name does not exist. It is possible to add ?What about the supplier? there is no number, there is no VAT (CUI ), name...can it be added?
