Hi experts,
I have material A with 89 inspection and the material was rejected and need to transfer to material B which is wide spec material. May i know is it possible if in COA the results will appear the material A and the spec will appear the material B which is wide spec?

Based on your updated comments above, you'd have to create TWO custom FM's for selecting the source of the specs. As I indicated above, you'd add this choice of specs and results to the COA profile functionality and select it for the source of specs and results for the wider materials COA profile.
The FM's would first look for an 89 inspection lot for the material. If not found it would look at the material movements and select the last material that posted and look for the last 89 inspec lot for that materials and report those specs and results.
It shouldn't be too difficult but not being batch managed could make this a difficult process.

It possibly could. I'd have to test it.
If you use the SAP COA functionality you might be able to use the "results from production chain" and "Material spec. from production chain".
I know it would work via the process order. I haven't tested it with the process of posting the material to a new material via the UD. That should show in the batch where used list and so it's possible it might get picked up in the COA logic.
See the configuration for certificates and look at the FM's.
You can build your own FM for this and have it select the specs according to your own logic.
