In our plant we do mass conversion of planned orders to production orders. It is automatically set to release and print order on creation. Now when we check spool every time we are missing one or two orders in the list.
We did check the setting on control keys the print is marked there. In OPK8 settings are also correct. We can't find why it is skipping some order every time. But when we check the order that is missing in spool we see it has PRT status and in history we see log it was printed at the same time as other orders.
Do you know why it may be happening?
