CO11N Error “Document 2187 already entered for the measurement time specified Message no. IR027 ”

Hello Expert,

While doing order confirmation I am getting mention error

“Document 2187 already entered for the measurement time specified Message no. IR027”

System Response

The system will not allow the existence of two measurement documents for a measuring point where the measurement times are the same to the exact second. The system must be able to order the measurement documents in a sequence if it has to to recalculate the counter readings.

I had given two different orders with different time on same date but still getting same error.

I have checked both notes

590230 - Termination IR027 drng confirmation CO11N of process batches

2092385 - Incorrect error message IR027 is raised in IK34

Both notes are already implemented.

Kindly guide.
