CO Difference in value S_ALR_87013611 and KSB1

Hi Experts,

after running S_ALR_87013611 , i find out a difference value with KSB1 witch is similar with the value of the Cost Centers: Actual Line Items( details) for the same cost center and the same fiscal year.

i would like to know if there is any possibility to adjust values and also to understand the reason.

i have checked CO tables COEP and COVP view and the values are the same of the S_ALR_87013611 and different than ksb1 transaction.

I checked all points you gave me and to have more détails i have prepared screen shots of the incident .

i forget to inform you that i have this only for 2 specific cost elements.

In KSB1, you would have to select the Value Type so that it will be displayed as well. The Value Type can be seen on the initial screen, at the Extras Menu --> "Select Value Type". Check if it also matches the Tables COEP and COVP because these tables include the Value Type as one of its field while it is not default in KSB1 report to display all value types involved in the Cost Center postings.
