CM21 dispatch to specific date interval ??

Hi all:

About capacity leveling (CM21), we have a new request which need to control production order's new dispatch date cannot 3 days early than production order's start date, if it does than undo the dispatch. I tried the IMG and user exit but got no luck.

This link mentioned about "Start point restriction" but seems only work for Maintained order!? and I also tried the same user exit as the link mentioned but cannot get the actual date/time after dispatch (because the command clear AKT_OPR). Any suggestion about this solution?? thanks a lot.

Just update what I found, I set up order float (float before production) + operation float (queue time) in production order.

Then in Cm21 , in strategy, checked some setting like “check operation float”, “check order float” and “cancel dispatch when error” and choose “ignore queue time” then the problem solved.

by the way, the wording in quote may not correct because I don’t connect to sap now.
