Closing Project

Hi,

I am trying to close the project via CJ20N, I moved the cost from AUC TO FIX Asset.however  i am greeted with following error,

1.Error when processing asset under construction (AuC) for WBS element
IAL-600063-01 .Message no. CJ824

2.It is not possible to deactivate in fiscal year 2012.Message no. AY135

Can anyone  please advise .

Refer these notes and check if it helps,

Diagnosis

While editing an asset in construction for the WBS element, an error
occured.

System Response

Processing stopped.

Procedure

Go to the asset in construction for the WBS element and correct the error
that appears there.

2.Error

It is not possible to deactivate in fiscal year 2012

Message no. AY135

Diagnosis

The fiscal year change has not yet taken place for the new fiscal year
2012.

System Response

The system cannot carry out the deactivation on the date that was
entered.

Procedure

Carry out a fiscal year change for the new fiscal year 2012, or deactivate
the asset in fiscal year 2011.

I solved by doing 2012 financial year period opening.
