Closing of service order

Dear sir(s)

i have created a service order and the contractor did his job partly against service order and unable to do complete that job and he regret for the same

we have created part qty SES now i want to close the Workoder

how to close the pending WO pls guide

once u do the miro for ses u can not change the ses. better to do block the item or set final invoice in invoice tab of po

Hi,

Open the last service entry sheet carried out for this PO, open the SES using ML81N and go for change mode and at the top you will find an icon for final set indicator.

Set this indicator and save the settings. So that furhter this PO cant be used for making any service entry sheets.

i get the indicator in ses but it works only if i m creating new ses it will not for already saved ses... because it doesnt seen in change mode of ses.

If the invoice has been parked we cant change the ses. isn;t it ? then how come in change mode.

what if

if i blocked the po tell me.

you can block this PO by selecting PO ine item & click on lock,as you have allready receive the services & invice is done.

Hi

As per my knowledge you can create as many SES if Service PO is open. To avoid this, you can try this:-

Change the validity period of PO to the last SES date

in our plant there are severat old service order which are pending to close

there is no item code or service no. in order

IS THERE ANY MASS MAINTAINANCE FOR SERVICE ORDER CLOSING.
