Closing of Maintenance Order

Hi,,

I have created a Maintenance Order. In that order I have assianged some operations and components.

I have confirmed all operations and MIGO for components. In costs tab the costs of Planned and Actual cost are now equal.

Now the system status of the order is showing TECO CNF ESTC GMPS MANC PRC SETC.

The problem is :when I am trying to do completion of that order through Order>Fucntions>Complete-->Complete (business) ...the system showing error as Balance of the order XXXX is not Zero and message number is K0115.

Additonally, what I need to do for closing this order.

Could anybody brief on this please.....

hi

you have to settle the amount to the cost center ,for settling use T code KO88 ,specify your order ,settlement period,fiscal year.then you can close the order

you can also use KO8G for settling n.no of order

I have gone through KO88,Error showing: Order 4028153 is not assigned to CO area XXXX.

Check whether the specified or determined controlling area is correct, and if necessary, change it

Message Number is KO003.

Where I need to check for assigning the orders in CO area.

Please assign controlling area to your company code. T-Code OX19.

In OX19 our company code was already assigned.Controlling Area--Assignment of Company Codes.

Could you brief me what else I need to check..

hi

check in the order master itself whether you can able to find the company code ,if you find that then go to KO88 in that screen from the menu select Extras>set controlling area ,specify your controlling area and execute the transaction
