Closed configuration in the CBC

Hi, 

Regarding responses to the BDCQ for Quality Management, I have been exploring the configuration related to QM notifications in the CBC. To my surprise, I have found that most of the configuration is locked and cannot be modified, even though the BDCQ asks whether I want to change the configuration. The configurations that are not available are:

• Define initial screens;
• Assign catalogs to notification type
• Define partner determination procedure
• Assign partner procedure to notification type
• Assign partner function to notification type 

Please check the attached images. 

Could you please explain the reason why the configuration is locked and whether there is a possibility to unlock it?

This could be a simplification of the Quality Management Quality Notifications for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in an effort to support fit to standard.

Are you already investigating the Best Practice 2FA? (Quality Management for Complaints from Customers (2FA) )
