Close a company and transfer assets and liabilities, and close the other open items in sap BYD

Can you help me with the following: I need:

1. Close a company at the accounting level
2. Transfer open items from company A to company B, Include CxC, CxP, pending orders (customers-suppliers).

The rest of the open items will be open items in another system and we must find a way to close them in SAP so that they do not remain as pending in our system.

Hello Stefany,

After the creation of the new company in the system, you can extract the open transactions and migrate them to the new company.
Then, you can delimit the validity of the "old" company.
