Classification class value list restriction?

Can we restrict the classification class list values in product master by business user role? Client requested different team can only have access to part of the classification class.

Moreover, would it also be possible to limit the classification class assignment value help list per user role?

In an Onpremise system this is possible through the use of organizational areas ( Outlined in the note

https://me.sap.com/notes/1073116 ) but in S/4HANA Cloud this is not available and there is no equivalent
