Clarity about Indirect evaluation

Dear Experts,

Im new to SAP HCM,

In wage type characteristics , for basic pay WT, i chose  INVAL and variant B, (ie) Checking with(PS type,PS Area, PS group,PS level ,Base WT calc)

In, define valuation of base wage types  I chose PRZNT .Its working. why can't we use INVAL here instead of PRZNT.

You can try to use as per your requirement. First please understand the concept of INVAL and PRZNT.
