CJ88 error

Hi all,

when i am trying to do settle cost from WBS to AUC i am getting the following error. I have the account assignment but not sure where else to look. Please help with your inputs.

Message no. AAPO189

Diagnosis

Account assignment object Cost Center with its value xxxxxx is not the same as the value entered in the asset master record.

System Response

The system keeps the current account assignment object Cost Center with the value xxxxxx, or the posting is rejected.

Procedure

Check the account assignment.

Have you maintained any Cost Centre values while creating the AUC?

Modify the AUC Asset, i.e., remove the Cost Centre and try the settlement again.

Nikhil,

Check for the cost centre assigned in your asset through transaction AS02 / AS03.
