CIM External Tax System ID required during company code master data upload via csv file

As part of implementing SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management for our client, we need to provide the external tax system ID of Thomson Reuters Onesource (used by our client) as mentioned below during master data upload of company codes via csv file:

Kindly share this single alphanumeric character for Onesource (if any), if any of you are aware of it. Thanks in advance.

As I see this is more relevant with Ariba. If so, could you please remove tag SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance?
