I am encountering the following error when attempting to proceed via CIM in S4.

Can you please check that you have done the final step « Authentication Restriction » in https://help.sap.com/docs/CENTRAL_INVOICE_MANAGEMENT/7648a91c50d84e38ace80037f82fefae/523af52f789a4f...? IT not done it should fail for all users though. If done, then you should create a support request ticket (you may have already done so indeed).
