I am encountering the following error when attempting to proceed via CIM in S4.

My Google settings appear to be correctly configured. Would you happen to have any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks for answering. However, this step is already done and it works well for 2 out of 3 users. Only one user has the issue.

Can you please check that you have done the final step « Authentication Restriction » in https://help.sap.com/docs/CENTRAL_INVOICE_MANAGEMENT/7648a91c50d84e38ace80037f82fefae/523af52f789a4f...? IT not done it should fail for all users though. If done, then you should create a support request ticket (you may have already done so indeed).
