I have a question about checking inventory status on SAP Business Bydesign.
I would like to check the changes in the inventory quantity of a certain product A in chronological order.
For example, it entered the warehouse on 5/11, plus 10 units, sold on 5/20, minus 5 units, etc.

Is there any way to do this?
We await your answer.

Dear Taty,

Yes, you can use report Confirmation Journal .

For your further question, I believe you can create a calculated Key Figure in this report. For more information, please view below help portal

Hello,

Material Inventories - Balance History

Remove the GL Account  and add Accounting Period / Year and Posting date.
Change the key figures as you need.

the report shows the details from the finacial view so you can also get the opening, In/Out, ending balance as well as quantities.

Regards,

Confirmation Journal? Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much. But this report does not confirm the stock quantity itself? For example, in the following case, Confirmation Journal can check No,2 and No,4, but can it also show the figures for No,1, No,3 and No,5? 1, Product A in stock 100 units 2, Product A in stock 5 units (=+5) 3, Product A stock: 105 units 4, Product A outgoing 10 units (=-10) 5,Product A stock 95 pcs.
