Check the Change Log for OMJ1 (Activate Negative Stocks)

Hi all,

I'd like to know how to check a change log/history for transaction OMJ1?

I'd like to check if negative stocks have been activated at a certain point. The change log in the transaction always appear blank (even when changes have been done):

OMJ1 is a configuration/customization element and direct change not allowed in live system- Check development system, any transport request created in case of change on OMJ1 recently past two years (any historical data) as change on this will move by transport mechanism only, from development system to quality system and then on successful testing - quality system to live system.
