Hello,
When running the Manage Automatic Payments app for a check payment, the checks automatically get printed at the configured printer. Is there a way to have the check output instead go to a spool, so that we can manually print the checks from the spool? This feature is available in ECC and On-Premise but I do not see how to do it in Cloud.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi
there is no spool. Check has to be send to print queues. As per scope item J60 the check is automatically and immediately printed.
I suggest to address the topic to your customer facing roles (CEE, CSM, PE) they will guide you to the proper channels in case you have a different requirement.
If meanwhile I get some information about future planning or similar that is worth sharing I will update this post.

in S/4HANA Cloud it is not possible to send the check output to spool. The output has to be sent to Print Queues. Cloud Print Manager works with Print Queues and does not work with spool.
It is possible to print the check to pdf and then you can print from pdf file. But keep in mind that while printing from PDF the setting for Print dialog default setting is “Shrink oversized pages” and has to be changed to “Actual size”.
