Characteristic values check variant configuration

Hi,

For some configurable items, for example transmitter a characteristic values (pressure) must be entered during sales order creation. Min & Max pressure. One characteristic for minimum pressure, and another one for maximum pressure. When creating the sales order the input value must be within a range of values (-250"wc to 250") for Min & Max characteristic. If the value is not part of the range the value is not allowed. Can we manage that scenario in the simple way ?

Did anyone work on that kind of requirement ?
