Changing of CS notification type after creation

As per business requirement, CS notification type is to be changed from one notification type to another notification type by using the T. Code: IW52.
Is there any option to modify the notification type after creation.

It is possible to change the notification type withing the same notification category. Business function LOG_EAM_CI_7 must be active and some configuration of notification types is required. See SAP Help:
