Changing field value for "Assigned To" in Work Order Operation in SAP Service and Asset Manager

Hello All,

Is there any other configuration that needs to be checked that will allow me to change the "assigned to" value in the work order? 

Config. in backend

SSAM operation page/screen

Upon click on edit (pen) icon

As you can see I do not get the field in the edit to update the "Assigned To" field.

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Hello @roshan89 ,

i took a short look into the Metadata for the WorkOrderOperationCreateUpdate.page (in SSAM 2310) - this field is not available there.

So it will not beeing added by changing in SYCLO --> you will need to develop and integrate the field in the Metadata to be able to edit it.

Really appreciate the response, I will continue to work on this as you suggested. And will update here this as an acceptable solution.
