Changes to PO are not shown in the PO print preview

Dear experts,

I have customized the output message for PO and assigned it to a developed Z-Formula. However, changes made to the PO (e.g. delivery date/Qty) are not shown in the print preview, even though the change message indicator has been automatically set when re-saving the PO.

To my knowledge, these changes are also shown in the print preview, for example: *** order quantity changed*** also the title will change from "Purchase Order" into "Changes to Purchase Order". This does not work in my case

I have also already checked the condition type and print operation for changes in the PO.

I think I´m missing some configurations and would appreciate your help! Thanks!

If PO created 1st time you can keep as NEW PURCHASE ORDER in PO layout and if PO changed you can keep as CHANGED PURCHASE ORDER in PO layout. Pick the logic with CDHDR table entries with ME22N on PO changes .For more refer PO layout with PO version/s
