Change over time in PP PI industry - query

Hi Experts,

Greetings !!

Our business is a Food processing industry. They have change over time which will be taken into account when they change Production from one product to other product.

Example:

1. Unsalted Cashew to Roasted Cashew - 60 mins
2. Roasted Cashew to Roasted & Salted Cashew - 150 mins

Similar way they have a fixed Change over matrix.

Master Recipe setup:

We use PP-PI here. Each Product carries only one phase. Example: The Master recipe of Roasted Cashew Product will have only Roasting operation. 0010 operation & 0020 phase.

So considering the above, whether it is possible? If yes, how to meet this requirement? What setup needs to be done for it in Recipe and Resource?

Kindly advise experts as this is new for me.

The standard way to implement that is the functionality of Setup Matrix. It is customized in Production -> Capacity Requirements Planning -> Master data -> Routing data -> Define setup matrix

However that functionality is apparently not supported in PP-PI:

Therefore, I think you are limited to a custom enhancement in the area of capacity planning:

Thank you for throwing some light on the Setup Matrix.

So now since it's not relevant for PP PI and also excluding custom enhancements, is there any other option/way or work around to achieve this requirement? Like using Recipe Offset functionalities, anything like that?
