Change of Pre-Delivered Stock : "Stock change invalid; you must change at least one stock separator"

Hello,

I am trying to follow the steps from this link to return pre-delivered stock to warehouse stock :

However, I have the following error message when trying to go from step 2 to step 3 : "Stock change invalid; you must change at least one stock separator" screen1.png

I checked this error in this link : https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2487634
But it didn't solve my problem because I checked and my user has the access right to the MMA_QUALITYPLANNING workcenter. screen2.png
